Please let me introduce myself. I’m Ed Pichon, just another sinner saved by grace, seeking to serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in whatever way He leads me.
A Louisiana bayou country boy, who loves the Father Son and Holy Spirit. I live on the northshore of the Beautiful Lake Pontchartrain, about 30 miles north of New Orleans. I manage Deep South Christians a nonprofit Christian group.
We exist to help those who can’t help themselves, like underprivileged children and the elderly.
I’m sure most of you know the Bible verse, it’s more blessed to give then to receive.
That is so very true. You know it’s like that wonderful feeling you get after seeing that beautiful smile on a needy child after receiving Christmas gifts you helped provide, that otherwise would not have happened.
Also to help the elderly, with that expensive utility bill they couldn’t afford to pay. Just to see that look of gratitude in their beautiful eyes makes it all worthwhile.
