JESUS EXPRESSES HIS LOVE FOR YOU
The passion of Christ is the brutal time period from the Garden of Gethsemane, to
the cross were our Lord Jesus was crucified, where He paid the price for our sins.
JESUS PAID IT ALL
Lets start in the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus is praying, then soon after betrayed with a kiss by one of His own disciples, Judas Iscariot. Jesus was arrested, and sent off for trial.
Abandoned by His disciples, even Peter denies Jesus three times.
After yielding to the angry crowds demands, Pilate condemned Jesus to death by crucifixion, followed by brutal beatings and great sufferings.
He then was sent to a hill called Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified.
The passion of Jesus expresses the brutal acts leading up to His death on the cross.
As we Christians look back at the pain and suffering He endured for us, it only causes us to love Jesus even more.
